Pure laziness. I said no whip. But I got whip. Instead of remaking it the girl double cupped it with the Carmel dripping down the side. This is what happens when you have little kids running a multi billion dollar business

It's not the best drink in the world left disappointed.

I already drank my drink but it was exactly what I had ordered and delicious loved it when it was on sale to boot

Ordered through the app and I arrived and they had my coffee ready as I’m driving through the drive-thru!!! One smooth motion through. The gal always has a big ol smile on her face and it’s always nice seeing her! (:

I usually come in a few times a month, but I had ordered delivery for early this morning since I was doing an all nighter for midterms to treat myself before I went to work and the worker drew the most beautiful sparkles and flowers and my cup and it made my morning and I love it so much 💖 I never wanna toss this cup now

I used to really enjoy this store. The baristas would recognize me when I come in and we would have a quick 20 second chat. Lately, they don't talk at all. Not even a "how are you" or "what do you have going on today?" I've always thought the store manager guy was a bit standoffish. The drink quality has gone down as well.

This place used to be one of my favorites. Today was not. My drink was so watered down it tasted like flavored water, just awful. When I asked for a remake the lady wanted to argue. Then the other person took my drink and added more base. It helped but still wasn't the same. Hwy 2 and windermere are the better ones.
Will not return to this one. 😕

Quiet inside which i like as an introvert. I'm usually a dutch bros girl but I like this specific starbucks because they didn't make me feel stupid for saying large instead of grande.

Starbucks has become my favorite place to hang out and get work done. The air conditioning is a lifesaver, especially on hot days, and it’s always comfortable inside. What really stands out to me, though, is the staff. They’re consistently upbeat and genuinely helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s not just about the coffee; it’s the atmosphere and the people that make it a great spot to be productive and relax.

Good drinks, but terrible service. The last 2 times I’ve gone in, the 6 employees behind the bar bustled around, looking at me, but not addressing me or helping me. Only go in if you’d like to spend 5 minutes being stared at, but not helped before someone comes out of the back room to take your order. No line inside or at the drive through, but several employees too busy to talk to you.
