Hit and miss... mainly hit. The service is usually good, unless employees decide not to show up, in which case it slows down considerably. There is a new(ish) employee who is friendly but loud. You feel a bit overwhelmed when you (or anyone else, for that matter) happens to walk through the door and he recognizes you (or them). A little unnerving. Other than that, a decent place to come for a drink (though be prepared to spend $10 for a modest drink and pastry; though this isn't a criticism of this particular establishment. This is a Starbucks gouging-the-customer issue).

Micajel (I’m sorry, I’m butchering your name), was an amazing server. He was so sweet, so kind everything that a Starbucks partner should strive for. He was on top of it, and made sure I got my double stars for the double star day when I came back and got a cup. He was the best Starbucks partner there was.

I come here twice a day, seven days a week for the exact drink for my husband and I. I spend a ridiculous- embarrassing amount of money at Starbucks. My simple drink, cannot be duplicated at this location as every employee has their own idea of what 1/2” (their measurement) of cream is. If you ask for extra ice, it seems they put less. The personal conversations likely get in the way of reading the tickets and making the drinks correctly. I order a simple espresso with a little flavor and some cream. I am told by the barista that I order this drink instead of a white mocha because it’s cheaper. This makes me wonder why they don’t know an espresso with cream and a mocha are 100% different drinks.A tip: ice melts when you add it to boiling hot coffee. It will be necessary to add more in the instance a customer asks for extra extra ice.

May want to make sure that someone who orders no classic syrup doesn't get classic syrup sweetener. I remember removing it from my coffee only to have it in my drink. I'm type 1 diabetic. You could have killed me. I went straight to work so I couldn't do anything about it. One sip and my bloodsugar rose to 274. I wish this wasnt the first time my customizations were ignored but definitely the most dangerous.
