Micajel (I’m sorry, I’m butchering your name), was an amazing server. He was so sweet, so kind everything that a Starbucks partner should strive for. He was on top of it, and made sure I got my double stars for the double star day when I came back and got a cup. He was the best Starbucks partner there was.
They are so awesome here would they make my drink it was the wrong size and I asked if they could just make it a little bigger by pouring my old drink in a big cup and adding a little more to it and they just made me a whole new drink instead and let me keep the old one. If that's not customer service then I don't know what is lol

Hit and miss... mainly hit. The service is usually good, unless employees decide not to show up, in which case it slows down considerably. There is a new(ish) employee who is friendly but loud. You feel a bit overwhelmed when you (or anyone else, for that matter) happens to walk through the door and he recognizes you (or them). A little unnerving.
