I came through drive through and had ordered an orange juice for my son whom has nut allergies and when I was handed the bottle I checked the label and it was a no go for him. So Heidi the manager took over promptly on a busy morning and was so graceful with us. She was unbelievably caring and reimbursed us as we returned the orange juice. My coffee was delicious too! I rarely go to starbucks but had a wonderful experience today! Thanks Heidi and team!
The customer service was great but my honey Carmel frap was not that great. I was very disappointed. I have to say that the mcdonalds drink was better then this one and much less expensive. Again all I can say was very disappointed
