I am no longer going because of the change in SF vanilla. I can't stand the taste of the new stuff and its the only option for SF they have. I have spent sooo much money over the years there but their correct order success rate is probably 60% for me and there is not consistent measuring at all. Some use half pumps and some use full pumps. Costs waaayyyy too much for often being left disappointed over a simple drink. The change in the flavor was the death strike.

Staff super rude and didn’t even get my coffee order right. Just got a brown sugar shaken espresso with white chocolate mocha sauce added and they didn’t even add the sauce to it but still had to pay extra for it.

It’s upsetting that they can’t make drinks consistent. I love the pink drink but it’s frustrating when you go and it’s not good and it’s happened many times and you hope to get it right and sometimes it is, but having to ask them to make your drink right 50% of the time is ridiculous. They are always so friendly at this location which I am grateful for that. But after today’s visit I don’t think I will be going back. I’m just getting so frustrated with my drink being made incorrectly. Please re-train your employees on how to make their coconut refreshers. Thanks

I come here all the time and I always tip! I'd feel really weird or rude if I didn't, nothing agaisnt people that dont tip as much. But today I came in around 3:30pm, a blonde girl took my order. I didnt realize I didnt have enough for a tip today, so unfortunately I didn't leave one. When she saw this she kind of gave me a smirk, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Then I go to sit down and i end up waiting 15-20 minutes and there are no drinks for me.. I go up to the counter to see where my drinks could be (maybe they forgot?) and they were sitting behind the counter on a ledge.. coincidence? I'm not sure.. it was very slow today when I went in. I just know unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location again.
