Asked for a drink certain way was screwed up and no it wasn't fixed lite ice and lite water mean just that. Not extra ice. Good riddance starbucks.

The drive thru line was l8ng, but seemed to move smoothly. Ordered my standard Frappuccino and was pleased with it. I don't indulge very often because I think the prices are too high. $7.00 for one drink is a lot

I did a mobile order. I show up and there's a massive drive through line, which is whatever, i get that it gets busy. What i don't like is getting to the window and being handed 2 almost fully melted drinks with a gross whipped cream puddle on top, one of which smelled like burnt, or like cigarettes or something? It seems like they made the order and then just let it sit for like 20 minutes. Frankly disgusting and unhygienic and im definitely never coming back.

OK I come here and I ask for the same thing the last 3 times I have been here. Everytime I ask for carmel ribbon crunch with extra carmel and extra crunch and today I got less carmel and less runcj then you would get not asking for extra this is bull I would like to know how u go about getting refunded since clearly it's to much of a hassel for your workers to do there job and get what the customer asked and paid for

The girls here are always so rude! No matter what time you go at, it’s always as if they don’t want to be there, and by ordering drinks, you are bothering them.
I have no idea why I've never left a review before. I have been coming to this location almost every weekend for over 3 years. Conveniently located to my residence. Everytime I go there, the staff is the friendliest and the food and drinks are top quality. I've literally never had a bad experience going to this location. Even if I were to move residence, I'd make the trip for this location always.
