I am no longer going because of the change in SF vanilla. I can't stand the taste of the new stuff and its the only option for SF they have. I have spent sooo much money over the years there but their correct order success rate is probably 60% for me and there is not consistent measuring at all. Some use half pumps and some use full pumps. Costs waaayyyy too much for often being left disappointed over a simple drink. The change in the flavor was the death strike.
It’s upsetting that they can’t make drinks consistent. I love the pink drink but it’s frustrating when you go and it’s not good and it’s happened many times and you hope to get it right and sometimes it is, but having to ask them to make your drink right 50% of the time is ridiculous. They are always so friendly at this location which I am grateful for that. But after today’s visit I don’t think I will be going back. I’m just getting so frustrated with my drink...
The drive thru line was l8ng, but seemed to move smoothly. Ordered my standard Frappuccino and was pleased with it. I don't indulge very often because I think the prices are too high. $7.00 for one drink is a lot
