Their food quality is so inconsistent. After getting it cold or the bacon/ham tasting bad so many times in a row, I quit ordering. Also, only like one person there understands that "extra hot" does not mean lukewarm.

I was so disappointed we were In a hurry ordered online to make a little quicker... only to sit at the window with it wide open the guy inside did not greet us or even look at us. We sat over 5min until finally he came over and said 24.50 please... ummm no I ordered online and paid already, just to have him grab my drink that was half melted from sitting on the counter. It was sitting there the entire time I was.... had he just checked and said HI. Sorry but I'll go into fredmyer next time. This was weds. 3/13 @ 5 pm.

I love this Starbucks because it is tucked away nicely, the workers are very kind. Though I miss the little positive paper squares since the remodel. They used to have a little box with scrap paper to write affirmations on them. There are many days I need to read those while waiting for my order... hope they bring them back. ? ❤️

Good services, not a lot of parking and drive thru is packed with vehicles quite often. I have really been enjoying the creme brulee latte with blond espresso paired with the vanilla custard Danish lately. Good for breakfast or a delightful afternoon

Normally this Starbucks is great… although the past fee times we’ve been here we have sat in the drive through at the window for about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by any service members. We sat waiting with no “hello” or even “just a moment I’ll be with you”. Quite rude and unfriendly!

The employees are the best part of the Starbucks experience.
The store is difficult to reach. Yes it has a drive-thru but there is a lot of parking challenges and pedestrian challenges near this store. The food is Starbucks so it's fine as are the beverages. I think they'll layout of the store adds a little stress so the atmosphere wasn't the best. But as always Starbucks employees are amazing human beings. They make up for a lot.

Used to go here all the time, now there's never any place to sit. They eliminated a bunch of seating when they expanded the storage room. Kinda defeats the purpose of going to a coffee shop. There's drive thru coffee vendors everywhere, not so many coffee shops anymore. :(

Someone needs to tell the furry lump of lard in the drive through that messing up my order every single day is passive aggressive and pathetic but spitting in someone’s drink is a felony!

The staff must have changed with the remodel because nothing has been right since. Ive been a regular for about 7 years but the last few months may have changed that. I have not had one correct order through the morning drive through since the remodel. Delivery orders have been wrong as well and packaged so poorly most of the coffee spills in the bag anyway. They ignore special requests and don't even secure lids on drinks. They're also targeting people they don't like. You can't speak up and voice a concern or it gets worse. My breakfast has been ruined daily since I spoke up. I drive a mile out of my way now or pay a higher delivery fee to avoid this location. Don't need retaliation ruining my breakfast every day for over a week just cuz they didn't like my request for another cup. It's like bullies on the playground and something needs to change.
