I have been a barista at this location for the past 3 years and love my job. It is a wonderful ? family & community gathering area who has recently gotten a remodel last year. It has great food, very clean, excellent service, and my partners really care about the experience and connections we make with everyone who drops by. So come and allow us to show how incredible we are.

Wanted to sit and have a cup of coffee. No seating at all?! Totally unexpected after a remodel. Drinks are overpriced and mediocre at best so we went somewhere else.

My 2 daughters and I went into the shadle Starbucks yesterday, got a couple drinks, had to wait a few minutes, but not bad. My youngest daughter did not drink her hot chocolate, did not like it, but my other daughter and I loved our drinks. Just so you know....I'm not a Starbucks person at all, but that frap I got was amazing!I even took my oldest and went back today to get the same drink. My daughter went inside cause we thought it would be faster, oh how wrong we were! My daughter was in that store waiting for our 2 drinks for about 20-25 minutes! I know it was that long cause I have life360. I was watching car after car after car go through the drive thru and people that went in after my daughter got served before her. She said our drinks were sitting by the drive thru for a while. She started to head to the counter and ask about them, but as soon as they saw her heading up they gave her our drinks. By the time she got back out to the car, our 2 fraps we got were already starting to melt and mine didn't have nearly the flavor it did yesterday, tastes more like ice with barely any cookie crumble or small chocolatechips, not sure what they used but, I'm very disappointed I spent the money on it! Not going back to that one that's for sure, or any of them actually.They need to train people to make the drinks the same way every time!I never leave bad reviews, but I'm upset to the point I have to!

Now Starbucks has taken out all the chairs and tables so I don't know why they even let you inside? Talk about an unwelcoming environment. I don't know if they are punishing this store because it is a Union store, but I can't think of another reason to do this to the neighborhood. The staff is still friendly and make a great drink, but I always go inside and now there is no reason to do so.

Went on the drive thru this morning at 9:25am and the lady on the intercom sounded like the most lovely and energetic person that has ever taken my order. She reminded me of a sweet fairy godmother from coffee land. She made my day before I even took the first sip of my amazing pumpkin chai tea latte!!!!?
I went to the newly remodled Shadle Starbucks, hoping to sit and have a cup of coffee and almond croissant. Boy, was I disappointed! There is no seating area and no almond croissant. The atmosphere was cold. Not inviting at all. Walked out without purchasing a thing. Won't be back. So sad as I enjoyed the old Starbucks.

Wonderful staff, still has seating inside, love their blonde espresso (don't like their regular, burnt espresso). Wish there were more drinks that weren't sweetened (not even fake-sweetened) and aren't caffeinated (for the kids). Corporate will probably never see this or care though.It's Starbucks. Y'all know what that is. But it's one that still has seating inside, which is noteworthy, yay!

I normally don’t come to this location for good reason. I’m not sure why they never fill the cup up all the way, or the drinks always taste watered down with very little coffee. I am a regular at a different Starbucks get the same thing each time and KNOW how it should taste… the coffee they’re serving is simply subpar. Perhaps the staff should be really be retrained.
