On June 14, we had a really awesome experience here. The nice lady opened early for us, And was so kind and patient while our littles decided what they wanted. It was a stressful morning, but she made it so much better with her kindness and filling our tummies with yummy sandwiches thank you so much!!

went in last saturday and a young chap working who went by the name of jacob gave me the best subway experience ever. absolutely went above and beyond while making my sub!!! i enjoy a pretty particular sub and he delivered :) picked out every single seed from my tomato’s as i asked with ease and with no complaints. definitely recommend this subway☝️

Went today and the girl working acted like me wanting to order a sandwich from her was the biggest inconvenience ever. Seemed super unfriendly and weird. Lettuce was brown and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. Put a tiny drop of sauce on the sandwich. I almost laughed when the screen brought up the tip screen. Won’t go back.

Too light on the condiments and toppings. They get new toppings and condiments every day, so there is no reason to use the amount they did. I don't know the lady's name but she was cutting me off repeatedly and didn't do what I asked for with my condiments (toasting the bread with the condiments) I wasn't gonna force her or yell at her and make a scene because food is food but this wasn't good service and I'm not sure if I and my girlfriend will be coming here again:(??

Had an order for pickup and when I had arrived they told me they were out of almost everything on my sandwich and they just put other stuff in it to fill it up. When I asked for a refund I was told to just come back the next day. I don't live in Spokane so that isn't an option for me

The sandwiches are twice the price as they used to be, and they're particularly light on the ingredients at this location. I don't think I'll be going back. :(
