I ordered 2 cold cut combos via doordash, as well as a couple other sandwiches. The cold cuts only had bologna and tasted terrible! And you can't call to get a refund. I'm very disappointed and will never order from here again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from subway. I knew I should stick with Jimmy John's. Much better quality and they get it right.

I watched the male behind the counter drop the mayo container on the ground, pick it up with his gloves, and continue to use it with wiping it down or changing his gloves. My sandwich was also disgusting. Waste of money for sure. Workers looked miserable. FLIES ALLL OVER THE FOOD AS WELL! gross.

I don't know how busy a truck station Subway usually is, but it was strange to see four employees. However, they were all working and friendly. My complaint is that the bread was dry af. It wasn't because it was toasted, but because it was old and crumbly.

The worker last night double charged me at 1 am because he can’t afford his own lunch.
First..they don't accept coupons. Not the worst thing that could happen..but we paid $44 instead of the intended $20-$25. Secondly this Subway does not honor the "eat fresh" motto as the olives and cucumbers in particular looked AWFUL. The employees did not seem to enjoy their job very much..although I will say there was a new guy and he was trying his best. Lastly...they did not provide us with a receipt to ensure we weren't over charged..because as I said...although trying hard..the new guy did not seem confident on the register. This will be my last time at this Subway

I will mot say the date and time but after my sandwich was taken out the oven ,when the employees was asking about which toppings I wanted he was talking over my sandwich. This is not good service and what I pay my money for.
Clean, quick, and professional I would add more stars if I could.

Gotta admit, this was a last-minute decision and, as I pulled up, I was seriously doubting my choice to stop here. Grungy-looking Flying J. Basically, a rebranded mini-mart that you get to by exiting the highway and going through no less than three roundabouts.
Interesting customers (inside and outside). Interesting workers (in the mini-mart). This Subway is about the size of a closet. Not sure I have seen one this small. There were a couple of people ahead of me. A female was working solo initially. Another employee came back from break and started to help as well (clearly, a trainee).
The female finally got to me. AMAZING! Great disposition. Conversational and efficient. I ordered a salad. She made it as I requested. I paid. And I left. I wish I got her name because she deserves a raise given how great she was in providing excellent customer-service in this less-than-appealing location.
Those negative reviews? Geesh, some of you are just interested in whining! Did you notice where this location is located?!?! You complain it isn’t open 24hrs., but then some of you actually post the message explaining why. So, what do you expect them to do? I mean, be fair.
Not sure I would ever go here again (like I said, a last-minute decision). But I would consider coming here again if that female employee was working. Can’t be an ideal spot to work. But she made the experience much better than I was expecting. Thanks for helping me out when I needed some dinner on the go!

This store doesn’t accept corporate coupons. Businesses that do not comply with corporate need to rethink their chain affiliation and corporate structures should not allow their chains to just do whatever. Essentially, the coupons subway sends you may be a gimmick to get you in store to purchase full price items. No thank you.

Not open 24hrs. Multiple signs on the highway claim that, but not true. Apparently they close at 9:30pm most days now, but not sure when they open. 9pm??
Highway signs state this business is open 24 hours. Wasn't even open at 10:00pm but they lie and get you in the door of the convenience store when you otherwise would not have stopped.
They did not seem to be busy, but they did lack choice in the ingredients. Oh well.... welcome to America post covid.
