Longhorn Barbecue Reviews
Sarai was so helpful and kind. It was my first time going here with the recommendation of Nancy one of your team members that I’ve met. I’m from Florida originally and miss a bbq joint called Sonny’s bbq and she told me about the buffet.
Food was amazing and the staff were excellent. It was clean and well organized. Great price and would recommend to anyone to go try it out.
Never disappointed the best bbq in town and a great price !!! Love stopping by after work to grab take out so this mom doesn’t have to cook !!!!
A Texas-Kansas City fusion in PNW.
The food:
Longhorn was a rare BBQ find, with Midwestern vibes and Texas and Kansas City style sauces and rubs.
Their St Louis style ribs are candied and cooked perfectly!
The smoked sausage also had excellent flavor and the meat was Top quality.
The brisket was a little too dry for my palette, but my wife enjoyed it.
The corn bread muffin was decent, nothing special.
The service:
Top notch! I hope they understand...read full review

Longhorn Barbecue offers great service and delicious food, making it a popular choice for many. Their menu items, such as The Pile Up (a combination of BBQ brisket and sausage), are sure to satisfy. The BBQ beans remain a standout favorite, and many customers enjoy the great ribs and rib tips, which are juicy and tasty. The lunch buffet is a good value, available on weekdays until 2 pm, featuring an all-you-can-eat barbecue option with a salad bar and a variety of options. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with a friendly staff and a welcoming environment. Customers have praised the excellent service, with one reviewer highlighting the take-out person as always being nice. The food is described as being "on point" and served the way it is supposed to be, with sauce on the side. The restaurant is also noted for being kid-friendly, with many children enjoying the ribs. However, some dishes like coleslaw and potato salad have received mixed reviews, with suggestions for improvement. Overall, Longhorn Barbecue is a great place to stop for a meal, especially after a long trip.
