Teach your employees customer service. When I drive up to the window to pay and the helper doesn’t speak a word no how are here or thank you or goodbye. I’m in customer service and this shows me that they are not training their staff. If I were the manager I’d be teaching them and having them watch on how you want the service to be. I know why you guys have a bad wrap and why you always go through so many employees

God forbid you guys greet your inside customers. I shouldn't have to stand at the front counter for over 5 minutes with employees just walking past staring at me, instead of helping me.

It's taco bell folks. A bit more expensive than it used to be, but what doesn't cost more than before? At least they haven't made the food half the size like some other places we used to go.

They’ll waste ur time with their upscaling questions and even volunteer your money for their charity on your behalf. Awful place. I love their food but their business structure deters me away.

FYI Drive thru lady with the assyattitude, yes I pulled away and no that doesnt mean you can just ROUND UP my order on my behalf. That’s called theft. Let me volunteer your funds for my profit, huh? And the hell yes I drove away. How dare you.

I’ve never had so many issues with a fast food place—especially not a Taco Bell. I always use the reorder feature on DoorDash and never make changes to the items. About three weeks ago, I reordered my usual and my cheese quesadilla arrived with no cheese. I contacted DoorDash and was issued a credit. They even confirmed that the order showed no modifications and everything should’ve been on it.

Fast forward to yesterday—I reordered the same meal again, and once again, none of the items came with cheese. Not the quesadilla, the cheesy bean and rice burrito, or even the stackers. I called DoorDash, got another credit, and immediately reordered thinking it had to be a one-off mistake. Unfortunately, the second order came the same way—no cheese on anything.

I decided to just eat the burrito and give the cheeseless stackers to my boyfriend. But I also drove down to the location to figure out what was going on. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice, but when I arrived, the manager was pretty rude. He insisted that my order came through with “no shredded cheese” selected for the quesadilla—something I definitely didn’t do. I double-checked with DoorDash and my end of the app confirmed it was supposed to come with everything as usual.

Even if that was the case for the quesadilla, it doesn’t explain why my other items were missing cheese too. As someone who also drives for DoorDash, I know firsthand that things can show up differently on their end, but it doesn’t make it okay to treat customers like they’re wrong or lying. And seriously—who would order a cheese quesadilla without cheese?

They did remake my quesadilla, which I appreciate, but they only gave me one stacker back when I had ordered two. Overall, just a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Fast food as expected. Doesn't compare to making your own burrito/taco bar at home but it's quick the service is good and you don't have any dishes to do afterwards.👍✔️

Came in at nine o’clock. Fiending for a Baja blast and my regular spicy potato soft taco and cantina chicken soft taco. I order. My sister texts me to get three more spicy potato soft taco. I order them. My sister has been a vegetarian her whole life. These tacos are vegetarian. I get the orders, I drive home. I’ve already eaten my potato soft taco, there was no meat. My sister is three bites into hers, and says, this taco tastes weird. Lo and behold, the THREE spicy potato soft tacos have meat in them, one of them doesn’t even have potatoes. WHO MADE THESE?!? My sister is now broken and violated by this horrible mistake. How does one make this big of a mistake. My boy, the matrix escaper who works the 12 o’clock shift would never do this to us. My sister has been sick for the past twelve hours. Deeply disturbed from this experience. Will not be visiting at this time again. Drop a like for a photo of the desecration.

Food was excellent and very tasty.
Ordered on the app so we could pick up, was ignored for a good 10 minutes by the staff even though there were no one else in the restaurant and I tried to grab their attention, I could see my food on the trolley right beside me.
Pity really as the food was some of the best Taco Bell I've had
