As someone who has picked up orders to deliver, this is a favorite location. As a customer myself, again, my favorite. I dont even eat fast food that often but will make a point of stopping here at this tacobell because the employees make you want to come back and have great customer service. Seriously, great crew with great service and teamwork and Ambrose working the front counter is just a cherry on top and will make you leave feeling happier than when you came in!
Maybe 1/4 of the time you’ll get exactly what you ordered, the rest of the time they forget toppings you pay for, or the food is just thrown together. The attitude is mix and match. Would suggest going to the Sullivan location.

Come on guys! I ordered a burrito and got a flat pancake thing with burrito filling in it, folded in a tortilla that was all dried out too. It's not hard to roll up a burrito 😒 😕 🙄. Maybe it's the higher ups who just don't care or the employees, but I do care so I will no longer be going to this taco bell

Today I had the worst food I have had from this location. The beef on my crunchy tacos was extra runny and didn't taste like it was cooked/seasoned properly. It hardly had any flavor. The crunchy shells were soaked on the bottom and cracked on the top. I also ordered the new cheesy dipping burritos and while I didn't expect much because of how cheap they were, I at least expected them to be made well. They either used the wrong size tortilla or didn't prepare them correctly, Parts of the dippers were just solid chunks of tortilla. I included pictures to show what I mean. It also looked like they just rolled one of them up and then squeezed the end of it together to close it. They didn't look appetizing at all. The beefy 5-layer burritos were also kind of sloppy but they were the best of the food we ordered. The person at the window wasn't overly nice or pleasant either, they basically just handed the food out, hence my rating.
