At the taco truck, I asked for a bean and cheese burrito with veggies. I waited until I was home to eat it. It was just a gross bean and cheese bomb... not one other ingredient. Tried to eat it but couldn't. Shouldn't have left the large tip either. Definitely will not eat there again.

Probably the best Mexican spot in spokane. Moved up here in November and have been on the hunt for a good burrito since. Today was the day I was genuinely satisfied with what I got. If you're in the area and even if you're not, they're worth checking out.

I visited this food truck while with a group of students who all needed to practice their Spanish for a class assignment. The gal working was so patient and kind with our kids, and helped me put together some vegetarian tacos without fish for myself.
Vegetarian options: I had to ask for vegetarian options and clarify that I meant “sin carne” or “without meat” in Spanish and the gal working was wonderfully helpful in putting together a dish of veggie tacos per my request.

I was hungry and really wanted to eat some delicious Mexican tacos but I was disappointed, nothing to do with Mexican food, where I live north of Seattle there are truckfoods with really delicious tacos, I feel sorry for the people of Spokane who have to settle for this

Just stopped here for a quick lunch . quasadilia was a 10/10. Filled with alot of juicy flavorful chicken. I'm a big time foodie, and this did not disappoint. I do think it could have been a little cheaper than $11.00 though. Would still go back !
After over 5 years of searching for good Mexican food, I finally found authentic, amazing Mexican food! Street tacos are perfect. Great quality meats and flavors. 10/10 would recommend again and again!
