Probably the best Mexican spot in spokane. Moved up here in November and have been on the hunt for a good burrito since. Today was the day I was genuinely satisfied with what I got. If you're in the area and even if you're not, they're worth checking out.
I visited this food truck while with a group of students who all needed to practice their Spanish for a class assignment. The gal working was so patient and kind with our kids, and helped me put together some vegetarian tacos without fish for myself.
