Not up to usual standard on Monday at 4 pm. Dry ribs, and dry baked potato (with trimmings in too small portions), overdone dry rolls and sweet potato with marshmellow and caramel that had set too long before serving.
This place had the perfect level of roadhouse music volume. We could hear our table and not the others conversations.
Our waitress Katey said she was new off the bat but she handled everything like a pro and was never empty handed.
The place was packed but each worker we saw or passed was all smiles and so polite. Definitely worth coming in.

Food: Ribs were burnt, Pork Chops were thick and juicy, streaks were great 👍 👌 😋. Service was extremely slow. The atmosphere was very loud. Yet Texas Roadhouse was not crowded.
