The bagel was wet, the the establishment was incredibly unsanitary. I requested a refund and left the bagel there. I have never done so at an establishment in my life. I would absolutely never eat anything from here, yes, it was THAT bad as far as cleanliness is concerned.

Had a bagel last weekend- compelled to visit from the reviews. The breakfast bagel was lovely and the service was friendly. Unfortunately our order took a long time to make and the tables/floors were really dirty. I wiped our table down with napkins and they were black with dirt. If the cleanliness was worked on- I’d recommend because the food was worth the stop.

The bagel sandwiches are affordable and take about 5-8 minutes for them to make. Staff was friendly enough. The reason for the lower rating is because this place needs to be cleaned. When my cashier flipped the POS touchscreen over to me I wanted to wash my hands afterwards. All of the surfaces in there are covered in grease and fingerprints. Left my coffee on the table cause it was burnt and kinda gross.

I have dined in, taken out, and gotten delivery from here and every time it has been incredible! The service is friendly when dining in and taking out and the bagels are incredible! I tried “The Local” today and it was so good! I normally just opt for a plain steamed bagel with plain cream cheese, but decided to switch it up today and was not disappointed. Best bagels in town (I’ve tried them all)!

Got these via delivery through uber, so I’d hope service would help in-person for some of my negatives. Tbh, bagel sandwiches are kinda mid. Ratios were off for the lox sandwich. Should have more cream cheese at a bare minimum, there was honestly barely any at all on the sandwich. Other sandwiches logically would have cream cheese on them (as they’re bagel sandwiches) but don’t. Would recommend making that clear in the descriptions on the delivery apps. In person I’d hope/imagine that’d be more clear though.
I’m sure in-person these aren’t issues, but from a delivery standpoint pretty mid. They held up well despite a long delivery time through uber (not their fault) which is a positive. They did a custom change for my wife’s coffee (super nice of them). So overall 3/5 given those positives and negatives seems pretty fair for conveying an average experience.
