Great place for coffee and something sweet but skip breakfast. Great people and coffee but the breakfast scramble was just fair. If you are looking for a good breakfast keep looking.

This is a quaint little sandwich and drink stand in the Paulsen building. I've been there a few times just to grab a snack and drink and it's always been fine. But earlier today I decided to get a sandwich. I normally wouldn't spend much money at all on a grilled cheese, but I decided to give it a try. By far the best grilled cheese sandwich ever! I watched the guy grill it. Super tasty. And my colleague got another sandwich and couldn't stop raving about it. Definitely the best sandwich shop in downtown!!

The reason I'm giving one star is because I have been here. A few times and their coffee seems, okay. Today I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte. Obviously I should have tasted it before. I left was not sugar-free.
And tasted lukewarm, I've never had this problem before.

Pros: friendly staff
Cons: More expensive than the Davenport. Papercup latte. Over extracted shot. Didn't finish it.
If I worked in the building, I could see getting the occasional snack, drip coffee or sandwich here, but espresso elsewhere.

This place is awesome! I go by once a week just for their Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich. Literally has become my weekly routine. Husband and Wife duo that have always been thankful and appreciative. 100% recommend

If I could give The Daily Grind more than 5 stars, I would. This place is next-level. The owners are insanely talented — like, spooky-good. It’s as if they were born with a sixth sense for food and drink creation. Every time I visit, there’s something new and brilliant on the menu, and every single thing is a hit. I’m constantly blown away by the creativity and flavor they pack into their daily specials. You can tell they pour their whole hearts into this place — they're not just hardworking, they're inspired. It’s rare to find a spot where the people, the atmosphere, and the food all hit 10/10 every time.

Run, don’t walk. And then come back the next day, because something even more amazing will be waiting for you.

The tuna melt at Daily Grind is great, really flavorful and well-toasted. I also tried the Strawberry Shortcake Latte after a friend’s suggestion, and it was really good. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
