Always leave happy and full! Food is amazing, price for what you get is probably one of the best in town, and the service is wonderful. Dine in or takeout you won’t be disappointed.

My wife, daughter and I were in Spokane for an indoor track meet and stayed at a hotel a block from this location. It was a busy Friday night and I stopped in to get a table and the friendly host behind the counter said the wait time was about 45 minutes... I asked if we could wait at our hotel and she gave the OK... Surprisingly within 20 minutes they gave me a call with a table ready and we scurried down to sit. The food was ordered and our server had it to us within 10 minutes. Crazy that it was so efficient. The restaurant was busy, but it never felt overwhelming. Our server was incredibly nice and asked all the right questions. And to make things even better we noticed the manager of the location help a distraught small child who had dropped his quarter and could not find it... The manager went out of their way to not only reach into their pocket to give an extra quarter to the child, but also a couple extra quarters to the child's friends. It's the little things that make a difference and OSF did it. We'll be happy to come back every time we are back in Spokane. Great job Old Spaghetti Factory!

Salad looks like it came out of a hot dumpster. Used to always get ice cream regardless of what was ordered...now it's only with kids meals? I don't get it. How friggin expensive is a scoop of ice cream. give us a break.

Excellent food, excellent service, fun, relaxed atmosphere. Very clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Pasta dishes were cooked perfectly. Our table shared 3 dishes. My favorite was the Mazithra cheese with brown butter. We added broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and diced chicken. I highly recommend this place.

Always fantastic!! Service is the same. Beautiful inside with historic trolley and decorations. I would ask not to be seated downstairs though. Go early on the weekend, it's normally very busy. We try to go right when they open. You won't be disappointed!! Do your home work on the parking down there so you know where to park.Parking: Do your home work before you go.

Historic old building - very charming. Lots of brick, chandeliers, some antique looking furniture, and a street car you can sit in for a different kind of dining experience!! The waitress seemed inexperienced - she dropped a tray of food almost on my son's back. Marsela Chicken sauce too salty. Great atmosphere though - need more experienced help.

Great for family and groups. Our family has been to multiple Old Spaghetti Factory's. this one is our favorite, mainly being an older building with character. In the last several years they have added a upstairs bathroom. Plus a large banquet room in the basement. Price is slowly going up, but what hasn't. Wish they still had tea or milk included with meal

I went there with my family recently and the food was only average. The ambience and environment offered by the restaurant is still special. I mean, where else can you eat dinner in an old time rail car?

Shining spotlight for me was the cotton candy soda drink. Never quite saw something like it. It was good too! I tried the lobster ravioli with the Cesar salad and scoop of spumoni ice cream. I wish the ravioli was more lobster / seafood flavor, and keep in mind the price point to the smaller entrees and sides. Cesar was probably my favorite thing and the spumoni ice cream was okay. They forgot the bread which is sad because that's always my favorite part. Next time!
