I just came from eating at the Spaghetti Factory in Spokane WA. I took my best friend of 45 yrs out for her birthday. Our server was Josh and he is new. He was sooooo awesome and he was spot on with his customer service skills. Josh is 18 yrs old and he was incredible even with our conversation and making our lunch a wonderful experience. My friend also commented what a wonderful young man he is and made our time memorable.

Mia was one of the best servers I’ve ever had, and I’ve been coming here for over 22 years! The food was excellent, and the chefs added a little extra sauce to the pasta, which made it even better. Everything was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back!
