The food was good, although, it took quite a while to eat due to a big party that was there. Shouldn't have mattered. Overall, we were there for 3 hours because of that. Our server did his best to accommodate us and apologized several times for the wait. We also specifically asked not to be seated in the main aisle and that's exactly where they put us. Not very accommodating. If I had a choice to eat here or another location, I would choose the latter.
Kid and large-party friendly, I came with a group of about 18 with a little less than half being children. They were accomodating and did quite well handling my table and I saw at least one other table with 10+ guests. That being said the food is about what you'd expect. Nothing mind blowing, but if you're wanting a fun environment with a lot of people it's a good spot.

Kid-friendliness: Crayons and special menus for kids
Fun place in a neat old building. They have a train car inside, but you probably need reservations to sit in it. The food was kinda mid and I prefer Tomato Street. Our server was something else - super friendly and it reminded me of an anime character or someone in a video game with prescripted lines. She was a treat, though.
