I hadn't been to an Original Pancake House in many years.
THE Spokane location looked great, sure. But the corned beef hash was amazing, the eggs were pretty much perfect, and the hash browns...

they were crispy on the outside, creamy in the middle, and actually well-seasoned.
The pancakes were great: buttermilk, fluffy, but not so wimpy that they disintegrated at the first touch if syrup.
