I thought Press was a coffee house….. it is not a coffee house …… but it is an AMAZING public house! The atmosphere and good vibes abound in a friendly place that hosts regular and irregular events. From Kentucky derby celebrations, to Manito garden auctions, it’s a great spot for hospital folks, regulars, locals, and out of town visitors…. This has been my favorite bar for years
It’s one of the only bars I feel safe in even if I’m hanging out alone. The staff and even the regulars look out for each other. Every bartender knows my multiple orders which makes coming in even more welcoming
