I visited today and my interactions with the staff and Kaylee were great. They were funny and kind; getting me to try the pickle flavored ice cream haha. I will say I was surpised how much it tasted like dill pickle, but herbs & vinegar dont go with sweet cream 😁. Kaylee then helped me decided on one I was really happy with. 10/10 would visit the Scoop again. Thank you (waffle cone was a good choice thank you)
My favorite place in Spokane to grab ice cream. Plenty of flavors that rotate through and good pricing. Coming from a vanilla first person, my favorite flavor happens to be their chocolate mudpie ice cream (please don't ever get rid of it).

The Scoop at Kendall Yards is a gem! I visited twice—once for ice cream and a malt, and again for breakfast bagels—and both experiences were fantastic. Their ice cream selection is unique and absolutely delicious, with flavors that stand out from the usual. The malt was a highlight; the staff member crafting it clearly took pride in her work, and the result was perfection.
