This is my neighborhood coffee shop. I have been getting our familys coffees here for 6 years. It is a little more expensive compared to other shops in town. But normally my coffee is always great! It is locally owned! And the staff has always been the best. About a year ago Wade was hired. This man is the worest employee they have. First off I never order coffee for dine in. Usually my husband gets our family of 4 coffee and brings it home, or I am in on my lunch break grabbing coffee and rushing back to work. Wade can't get anything right. He over steams the milk so about a quarter of my coffee is missing every time. It got so bad I quite ordering coffee and just stuck to my Lotus drink if he was working. But Wade couldnt even get that right. There was a couple weeks this summer the blue Lotus was out, instead of letting me know he would just mix up a different flavor. Why would Wade make that choice without discussing it with the customer IDK..... that was money wasted. Finally they got the blue Lotus back in, so I ordered my normal drink Blue Lotus with Lavender. I was hopeful and optimistic he couldnt mess this up. Nope! I got a Lotus and lemonade. I couldn't drink it because lemonade makes my tounge swell because of the acids in it. So from that point on if I went in to grab a drink and he was working I would just get my husband his usualy cold brew and just opt for nothing. Fast forward to yesterday..... November first. My husband goes in and grabs our familys normal. Himself a cold brew, our girls hot coco, and myself a pumkin spice latte. He gets home.... my coffee was HALF FULL!!!!! That man over frothed the milk again and the result was at most a coffee half full of actual liquid. AND there was zero flavor. I had steamed milk and espresso, that was it! I am livid, idk why this man still works here. I can not be the only person Wade messes up on. I am at the end of my rope and unfortunately may have offically written off what use to be the best coffee shop in Spokane.
Well I was really hoping for more ice but it wouldn’t fit in the cup. The people are nice and I’m sure the food is good, but I want the rest if my coffee! :/
Not my personal best coffee place. But others seem to like it and it has a steady flow of patrons. I'm not going to bad mouth a business because of my personal take on it. At least on a coffee shop. 🙂

Very cute place good coffee but being from out of town i was so surprised when I came in, 3 staff members at the counter did not acknowledge me or said good morning. They continued to have a conversation amongst them without any achnowledment.
Such a cute place for that kind of service!

Good coffee, with a variety of snacks and treats for people of all diets. They also have a corner featuring art from local vendors which is super cool!

On the lookout for a new breakfast bakery for meetings. Just did a google search and saw the shop. They were my 2nd stop of the morning. Parking is limited as is the menu for breakfast pastries. I see cinnamon rolls and get 1 to go. Over $7.00 very disappointed the roll was not freshly made. When I tapped it with a fork it made that stale bread tapping sound. When I tried a bite it was hard not soft but more like a day or 2 old. Ok sometimes bread products can dry around the cut edges quickly so I tapped the roll through the frosting it was still dry. If fresh this would have been a 5 star rating because it clearly has tons of flavor looks and smells wonderful just not freshly made

Very nice vibe and environment to kick back with a drink or even do some work. We really enjoyed our iced chai and looking at some of the trinkets. Staff was very kind and hope to be back soon!

About half of the baked goods were vegan. I got the cookie dough cupcake and chocolate fudge brownie which I believe were also gluten free. Both were super good! I also got an iced oat milk vanilla latte. They had other milk alternatives such as soy, almond, coconut and hemp.

An 8 oz cappuccino for $5.75? To make it even stranger, a latte here is actually cheaper than a cappuccino.
On top of that, it took 30 minutes just to order and get my drink—on a Wednesday, with barely any line. Definitely not worth the wait or the price.
Love the vibe in this place—great cold brew, too!
