I love this coffee. I drank a ton of the signature blend at Ruby River Hotel while in Spokane for a work trip, and it was one of my favorite flavors of the trip! The hotel brewed it fresh all day long. I ordered a bunch from the website to be able to brew it at home. Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely going to make time to stop by a cafe and stock up. Yum! ☕

Sadly, the espresso drinks are often cold, poorly created foam, and overly sweet chocolate syrup. I remember this cafe used to be great, but now, the coffee shots taste weak and watered-down. Cappuccino is watered-down espresso with hot milk. Too expensive for such bad products. Perhaps you could train real barristas. It is a job which requires actual techniques and knowledge.
