Drastically underrated based on reviews. My girlfriend and I were riding our bikes along centennial trail and decided to pop in for lunch and a beer. Upon arrival the establishment was super clean and very well lit with a modern cozy vibe. We ordered the taquitos and 2 beers ( retrospect and fast forward) which was all delicious. We are ipa fans though so this might be written from a biased standpoint as far as that goes. We however did get the Mexican lager in a can to go for our friends and were told it did not disappoint. Check it out for sure if you are in town! We will be back

Arrived around 5 and the place was pretty quite, by 7pm it was packed for Trivia. They brew some good beer, great location, overall fun spot.

Lots of different brews available. Food was quite good. Nice staff too.

Their Imperial Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout was a dream, as was their American Stout. Food snacks were also tasty! Perhaps the big neon "U" behind the counter could get some tinted glass... but otherwise a delight.

A couple ideas: change closing time to "close" so the brewery can keep serving when it's full. Fixed hours seem to drastically limit things. Secondly: extra sauce for fries shouldn't be fifty cents when the amount per serving is half a little plastic cup.

Holding our a 5 star for the next visit, but my initial impression is go there! The service was fantastic, food was amazing, and oh yes, I enjoyed every one of the beers I sampled! Clean with pleasant chill vibe atmosphere. The patio seems a "must" and being a good dog-friendly place is a total bonus! Next time, I will bring quarters so my husband can play the RUSH pinball machine.

Very disillusioned, this place was so not what was advertised. First you have to walk up to order which isn't the worst but when you pay they have preset buttons for a tip, the lowest being 18%.... We get our food, we ordered the fries and some horrible dipping sauce. The sauce was full of vinegar and possibly cumin, not good at all. Them at the end of our visit we had to bus out pie table, that is why I w so annoyed about the bus I was asking for a tip. They didn't do anything, the fries weren't even cooked completely! I just am done with this setup of ordering my food and then doing most the work, I go out for a reason and it's to not have to do the dishes.. very subpar!

Spokane Brewery Tour continues, and this spot in west Spokane is a good one. Grab a flight and try out Tonality, Munich Dark Lager, or Science Fiction. Kid friendly as they have pinball machines and a large patio for the spring/summer months.

Uprise is such a great spot to visit in the West Central/Kendall Yards neighborhood. Their food is so flavorful, beer is awesome, and the staff is super friendly!

This is a great place to bring children because the outdoors is very kid friendly. However. the food is too spicy. and they ran out of chicken fingers so my granddaughter would not eat dinner. I think the menu should explain the level of hotness, because we could not enjoy our meals, left it psrtially uneaten, and the meals were a bit pricey to have had to throw away the food.

Uprise is a spacious brewery and fun atmosphere. There is plenty of seating inside and an outside seating area as well. You order your food and drinks at the counter. I had the Verde pork bowl and ordered my husband a smash burger to go. The Verde pork bowl was pretty good. I opted out of the tomato and asked for the lime crema on the side. I also had the Guava Gose, which was alright. The beer selection was fairly small. My husband said burger and fries were good, but thought the fry sauce was different. No biggie, though, because it was a dip. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I will come back to try other things.

Huge fan of this brewery. Modern feel, excellent kitchen and phenomenal beers, the arcade games are a huge plus. Had the beet salad and the Nashville chicken sandwich. All the beers, and we tried about half the menu, had vibrant flavors and crisp finishes. The beet salad was perfect, arugula was crisp, beets, cheese and dressing portioned well and the pepitas seeds gave it a great texture, the Nashville chicken sandwich was the best ive had in Washington. The sauce was the perfect spice and the lemon mayo and pickles gave it a zesty bite. Definitely plan to visit again, their menu shows a lot of collabs with other breweries and I cant wait to see what they do next.
