Great atmosphere indoor and out on the patio. Beer is realy good with a variety of good brews! If your hungry, they have a great selection of food as well! I opted for the green salad... 😊 paired nice with the Hazy IPA!
I have several friends who are Master Brewers and Cicerone. They have trained me to know flaws and perfection in beer. I say that to acknowledge that Uprise is the best beer I have found in Eastern Washington. Exceptional flavor, unique takes without being weird, perfect balance,not too malty, not too dry… Uprise is as close as it gets to being perfect. Cheers to the team, great work y’all, pat yourself on the back.
Quick lunch stop on the way to the airport—service was great and was super happy to find they have a dedicated gluten-free fryer so I could enjoy some fries! Great GF bread for my sandwich, too. Also had Ghostfish gluten free beer in cans which made my day so much better!
