I have been eating here for close to a decade off and on. Really is the best Pho in spokane in my opinion. The price has gone up way too much, though. A small Pho being $17 and large being $19 is pretty insane. Pho is supposed to be a cheap dish, not something that is more expensive than most middle bracket resurants.

I've heard good things about Vina so we decided to order through Door Dash. One of our combos had rice instead of chowmein, like we had ordered. The egg flower soup came in tiny, maybe 2 ounce plastic containers. It was about 4 bites worth. The portions were really small (I think there were roughly 6 pieces of meat in the combo) , with the exception to the large side of BBQ pork that we ordered. The pictures make the portions look larger than they are. The Pho broth was lacking...

First time trying, Vina had the spring rolls and chicken pho. Both were average, but not necessarily something I would go back for.
All in all a good place for a quicker and more affordable meal out and about the service is what you would expect when going to a nice little hole in the wall- again, not necessarily something I would go back for, but not something that I would avoid.
