Coffee is exceptional and consistent.
Seating is uncomfortable. Food and drink is largely good... so pretty typical Wake Up Call. Don't worry Nora location! You are still my fav, I was just here for a one time thing I swear! Northwest and I are just friends!
So I go in to get a drink inside, I have a hard time deciding what i want to drink the lady with the long dark hair and tattoos rushes me to order my drink and also gets it wrong. She wasn't even listening to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and rushed. She should work on that.
Yummy 😋
The baristas are super friendly. There was a lady visiting from Canada that couldn't get her card to work, the barista did everything she could to help.
I love their coffee but i wish they would get my order right. I have been multiple times and everytime they miss things in my coffee. I paid for a 20 oz and received a 16 oz, paid extra for add ons and were not given those extras. It shouldn't be that hard to read instructions of the order.
They make great coffee and are always friendly!

Had the worst experience ever a few days ago. I normally go to the Wake Up Call on division and I would give them a five star all day long but this location on Northwest Boulevard every time I go there I have a bad experience slow service. The drinks are not good. My drink is never made right. Then when I was there the other day, it took the young man over 15 minutes to make two Italian sodas for the car in front of me and I was on a very short time limit. Me and the car behind that car was getting very angry because we’ve never had that kind of experience with Wake Up Call before. I’ve had bad drinks from there, but not had to have that long of a wait. I am hoping now that they have a new manager named Jess that came from the division store that Store will get whipped into shape. She did an amazing job with the division location.
So I do have to say about their new manager she is amazing and hopefully she can fix the craziness that is going on at that store and teach those kids how to make drinks right. Because when somebody’s drink states it needs to be made a certain way you need to go by what it says, because some of us have allergies.

Let’s get one thing straight I love wake up call I’ve been coming for years I have friends who work at wake up call. Any other reviews I’ve written have been positive. Today I was serviced by Ella at the Northwest Blvd. Wake Up Call and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in simplest terms. She was the rudest person I’ve ever receive service from. Horrible attitude, extremely snarky, and rude with Demeaning remarks whenever she asked a question or interacted with me. There was no one else in line. I drove straight to the window. Apparently, she had wanted me to take my order with the person standing outside for faster service??? When I hadnt even decided what I wanted yet or had a chance to look at the menu to see if I wanted to try something new because It’s fall so flavors are back. Originally, I was going to pay with cash so that I could leave a tip like I do every single time I get my coffee with these lovely ladies. But because of how nasty the service was, I ended up just pay with card leaving no tip and getting out of there. I hope Wake Up Call can address issues like this properly. Especially when she’s not representing the company to loyal customers, but new ones as well and I can tell you that if I was a new customer to Wake Up Call and had her service I would never come back.

Coffee shots were a little skunky - machine pulled, and not as well made as a human-curated shot of espresso. It's better than Starbucks, though, so they've got that goin' for 'em.
