I was there picking up an order for DoorDash..And when I asked for the code to the bathroom, I got told. "Sorry, it's only for people that buy something."I am there doing a service for YOUR customers, and I can't use the bathroom?While yes, I am not technically a customer..I am also not just loitering or hanging out. I am literally just trying to pee while waiting for you to make the order I am picking up.

So, I don't understand this place. So once the people in front start to receive their order the chick comes out to takethenext cars order. This is not efficient ordering people. Dam. Why not just wait till I'm at the window, you keep the line held up when no one is at thewindow anymore. Takes longer to order than to get the actual items. Then they try and give us the wrong order. Ugh, do better.

Needed to use the restroom during my weekly Meals on Wheels deliveries this morning. Was denied because I did not want to buy anything to break my fast. I would have come back for drinks in the future as I live down the street. But I guess the cost of water of a toilet flush was too much to bear.

A great place to check out great tasting beverages. I had the rocky road, and it was delightful. The ladies were friendly, and fast at preparing my order. Worth a stop I think. Enjoy the hot coco cookie. It's big and yummy.. I'm going back soon.

They've started charging extra if you ask for no ice. How freaking ridiculous is that?! You have to pay extra to get the product you're paying for! "Hey I dont want any ice in my 24 oz Italian soda" "ok well since you want actually 24 ounces of Italian soda, we're going to charge you extra since you just want the product youre ordering or you can get 12 ounces of Italian soda with ice for the price of a 24" what a rip off!!! Will not be going back and I'm telling all my coworkers what a rip off this is now

Decided to go inside because I lost my voice due to an illness. The barista was amazingly helpful! Instead of asking what I wanted, I showed him a picture, he pulled it up, and then pointed out the options on the tablet. I was able to make my selections with no issues! I already loved this location, but I love it even more now!
