I've driven by zips hundreds of times and finally decided to stop by for lunch. First and last time. It wasn't that the food was terrible and honestly the fries were really good but the cheeseburger I had was a little less tasty than a McDonald's cheeseburger at twice the price. I don't mind sub par food I just don't want to pay a lot for it. At least the staff were friendly so will give them credit for that.

I came in on Tuesday around 6 pm. I noticed a clean place, condiments were fully clean and stacked. The bathroom was clean. The tables were very clean. They were training a new girl who was the sweetest young lady I have ever met. When I saw her cleaning the legs of the chairs and under the tables, with my OCD, yes, I would come back here. I saw they got rid of my favorite cook guy, but the young man with red hair seems to be doing amazing. Thank you for making my sandwich extra well done. And thank you to the new girl, Rosa, for making that place clean..
Love this Zips location, I eat here at least 2-3 times a month, they always have a good go to special. Always cooked fresh to order and so quick, consistently. I never have to worry about wait time or a limited lunch break time. It's also always so clean inside compared to other fast service establishments. You will won't find an open table you can't sit at or a condiment dispenser you wouldn't want to use.

There was a mishap in my order I let them know about it right away and they were very gladly to help me when I did come back to get my replacement they went above and beyond and made sure I was extremely happy customer thanks you guys love them fries

Stopped in for a burger because I was starving and ordered a "Belly Buster meal". The burger I received was a very small bacon cheeseburger with fries. Seriously? "Belly Buster?".... It was more like a kid's meal. I will not be back....
