Celebrated an early Valentine’s Day with my husband tonight! Hands-down the best meal we have ever had... from the appetizer, the main meal to the desert..and some wine! Definitely gained some new customers!
This is a great place. Great food. Nice environment and I can’t wait to go back!!
amazing sauces best Ive had in a long time very simple yet complex and I can tell a lot of thought and time goes into preparing every dish
The clams and rack of lamb were amazing. Great place!
Great little place with an obviously passionate chef. We loved it!
A truly great dining experience! Food and service was fantastic. An inventive menu and the best fine dining in the area. Memorable for sure!!
Amazing staff, fantastic food, great ambiance! Such a great little restaurant. At my table the rack if lamb and the wild boar roast were ordered and both were delicious, the boar was pull apart tender! I ordered the Pork chop with a demi glaze gravy and balsamic apples and a twice baked potato. I got the soup which was a bacon chowder and the flourless chocolate cake. All of it was absolutely delicious. The pork chop was moist, the potato was beautiful, the bacon chowder...need I say more, and the flourless chocolate cake was so smooth and rich with a satiny huckleberry sauce served with it. Definitely a place to check out if you are in the area.
spent our 21st wedding anniversary here for dinner, without a doubt the best meal we've had. Staff was amazing and friendly, spotless kitchen, dining area and rest rooms.
I took my husband for an evening out for his birthday. The restaurant is small but open so you don't feel crowded as you eat. Service felt personal but not at all stuffy and they watched but didn't hover. Chef Dennis' simple yet perfectly prepared dishes are wonderful, flavorful, fresh, seasonal, and light. You can tell he takes great care in the products he chooses and you can taste the passion in his food. It is a prix fixe menu but there is a good variety to chose from. We are looking forward to going back when the menu changes.
I think this was our 4th time in and just like our previous visits the food was outstanding.
Restaurantji Recommends
This restaurant has been nothing short of home every time that I've walked inside the door. The owner is not only someone incomprehensibly passionate and talented in his craft, but someone who wanted to create a friendly and fun environment for his friends and family who frequently come to the restaurant for dinner & to visit. He treats every customer as a friend (except when they try and tell him his dish should be named something else and claim to have line-cook experience and know better than him) and has established an unmatched environment that sets a new bar for every business and especially restaurant. His employees and establishment are transparent, and you'd have to be another level of cynical to find a problem of any kind at Crow Island Farms.
Seems like a nice restaurant at first. Do not recommend to others for the money.
Had dinner there again the other night and once again it was amazing. We had the steak and the pork, both were perfect. Thank you Dennis and looking forward to our next meal there. Yum!
Stopped in while on vacation after being recommended to us by family. We did make a reservation ahead of time. Our reservation was for 7pm and the establishment had around 5 tables of diners. The interior was set up in a nice way. Having the chef work in the open dining area makes it feel very personal. Food was good and priced fair. Would like to come back and try a couple of other items on the menu.
Sat ar the bar and watch them cook. Was alot of fun. Food was excellent. And they give so much.. needed doggy bag. Had appetizer and main dish and a dessert. All excellent.
