They let you stand there for 15 minutes before they even look your way.......not to mention they charge you for sauces that should go WITH the dang order.......just wow.

Went through the drive thru. Super rude lady at the window. I ordered a plain burger and it wasn't plain. I didn't get my drink. I got no sauce. They charged me for everything they didn't give me and when I asked for napkins they got sassy and threw them at me.

I am disgusted I’ve been trying to call and speak to a manager only for the phone to keep ringing and hang up. I ordered tacos and go to eat my first one and there is a medium long dark hair poking out of the taco as I am chewing my first bite. Needless to say I threw away all of my food. I will not be coming back absolutely disgusting and un clean and if that’s not bad enough the service is 1/10. Long waits in line and people in the window are not customer service friendly.

Have gone here 2 times. The first time, they forgot my fries. The second time, I ordered a Jumo Jack minus ketchup, onions, and pickles. What i received was a small burger with only mustard and mayo. If you go here, double-check your food!
We got dinner last night and all I can say is yuck. Our burgers were so dry, including the patty. The young kid who has piercings is not friendly at all. We'll never bring our business back here.

I'm not happy. I ordered 3 jr. Jumbos and a med fry and was charged for 3 regular and a large fry. I will be calling corporate and reporting. This happens way to much.

Went threw the drive thr.. the employee was not very professional at all and charged me for 2 meals after I only ordered 1. Fries were cold 🥶 and very unprofessional I got there 15 min before closing and the employee said that they were closing and could not cook fresh frys for me.
