I am disgusted I’ve been trying to call and speak to a manager only for the phone to keep ringing and hang up. I ordered tacos and go to eat my first one and there is a medium long dark hair poking out of the taco as I am chewing my first bite. Needless to say I threw away all of my food. I will not be coming back absolutely disgusting and un clean and if that’s not bad enough the service is 1/10. Long waits in line and people in the window are not customer service friendly.

The service through the drive thru is absolute garbage. I have been there twice in the past year and I drove away both times because of the wait.

Jack in the box quality just isn't what it used to be. You look at the menu board, and everything looks good. But when you get it, it looks like it was thrown together and just doesn't match the picture.

Milkshake machine NEVER works, or they never have the shake mix. There’s always an excuse. But when I call to ask before making the drive, NO ONE answers the phone. So disappointed with how this store is managed. I grew up in this town. Why is the general quality so poor?

Went through the drive thru. When ordering my meal ( double bacon smash burger with no pickles), I noticed that the price that came across the screen was almost a dollar more than the posted price. When letting the staff member know, all I got was a giggle & saying "I have no control over that". I can understand that but acknowledging the situation with a giggle is unprofessional. Then I get home to find that my double bacon cheese burger was only a double cheese burger.
Service may be quick but when it is wrong & lacking obvious quality & attention, then returning to this restaurant doesn't seem worth it.
