There is no indoor seating. It's a drive-thru coffee kiosk. But the selection of drinks is wide and I've always had everything perfectly made. The baristas are all wonderful and very personable. It's my coffee kiosk of choice if I'm not having my home roasted coffee.

I’ve ordered the same drink for years, yes prices have increased & that is okay. However, they’re charging an extra $1.50 compared to literally anywhere else. My white chocolate americano w cream quad was $7.80 WITHOUT a tip. It may only be a $1.50 - but it all adds up. Is it a $1 per added shot? I’m so confused. I didn’t check their prices before ordering, so I definitely recommend doing that and double checking to make sure everything is being added up accordingly. I also wasn’t given the receipt to leave a tip & sign? That was also a first, with all that being said, my nearly $8 coffee w/o tip taste great, hence the added star, because there’s no way I’ll be back with their insane prices & basic cattle rushing customer service.

Recently, I saw a public post from Locals regarding Charlie Kirk. I’ve been a frequent customer for 10+ years and have always appreciated their coffee. I can only assume the business aligns with at least some of the hateful rhetoric he spread across our country. I will be taking my business elsewhere and wanted to let others aware of this.

I’ve tried Locals twice- The first time my coffee tasted terrible and wasn’t the right color, I don’t get a complicated drink. I mentioned it to the barista, confirming my order was heard correctly. She was so rude, and dismissive I decided not to return and to just continue going to their neighboring stand- where my drink is 100% consistent every time. No hard feelings, locals just wasn’t for me.
The second time was today. A friend of mine is a locals regular; she buys two coffees every day from their stands. I wanted to get her a gift card for Locals so I hopped in line. There were two cars ahead of me, one already at the window when I pulled around, the other still waiting. I waited 7 mins, and the first car was still chatting after receiving her drinks, I didn’t have much time to wait, so I attempted to back out of their drive through since it’s one way in/out, and then another truck pulled behind me, making me ultimately stuck and waiting for the same two cars; as there’s no way around or out once you’ve been sandwiched in. It took 14 mins for me to drive through the window- I didn’t even stop because I wasn’t prepared to sit at the coffee stand for 20 mins this morning. A 7min per car turn around is shocking in the coffee stand business. Needless to say, I had to just drive right through the window. I’ve worked in the drive through coffee industry for years, and the general expectation is 2 mins at most. Super disappointed in my experiences with Locals.

Online and at the stand it says that they have real ice cream milkshakes which I believe is called false advertisement because no indeed they do not. Soft serve is not the same thing as a real ice cream milkshake.
