Service complaint incoming. If you’re going to order ahead and think that that means your order is guaranteed then you have another thing coming.
This morning at 9:50AM I placed a mobile order for a harsh brown and McMuffin. Get there at 9:59, the screen swtiches to lunch and I have 1 old man infront of me. The menu switched before a could make his order and he yelled at them about it and let him order breakfast. I saw what he got and it included hasbrowns. I get up there and tell them I placed a mobile order. Well, the lady at the window when I get my food says “we are out of hash browns so you’re getting a small fry”.
I told her the guy infront of me is getting hash browns and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and repeated my self 3 times before telling her I KNOW what he order bc I saw it and she said yeah well he was here first. I said I placed my order 10 minutes ago and that my order was received by them long before I (or him a matter of fact) even arrived. She walked away, had someone else give me my bag and behold, a small fry like I told her I didn’t want. While the other guy waits in spot 1 for his hashbrowns instead.

Make sure you look at your order before you leave because if you don’t, it’s probably gonna be messed up. EVERY SINGLE TIME I DONT OPEN MY BAG IN THE PARKING LOT TO CHECK EITHER THEY PUT EVERYTHING IM ALLERGIC TO ON IT OR ITS SOMONE ELSES ORDER. THIS IS THE 10th+ TIME THIS YEAR

We went through the drive thru super late at night and Jaden really made our night. He made conversation and some good laughs, and even though we had to wait out front for our food, he had excellent service and gave us great tasting food!

I hate eating hear cuz I don't like the feeling in my stomach or body feels crummy for don't reason it's to expensive
Update: The manager reached out to make this right. This location has some work to do, but they acknowledge the issues and are working to resolve them. My family will be visiting again. I am not updating the ratings to keep the integrity of the initial review in place.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too and don’t bother ordering mobile ahead of time. They have the worst drive through and always seem understaffed. Order has been either over a 10min wait in the driveway past the window or wrong order after waiting FOREVER… If you go inside early afternoon teenagers from the high school are running chaos in the toddler playground which is annoying when they leave trash everywhere and you have little ones who wanna play.

We were traveling...needed tea, went inside because there was a long queue at the driveup window, sadly we were forgotten, waiting for 20 minutes, had to remind the manager twice. the venue was not clean or tidy, clearly overwhelmed staff . Just NO.

No complaints about food or service (although sometimes it takes them a while to bring a cashier to the cash register. I refuse to sue the kiosks). Biggest complaints is the sterile feeling kids play area. Bring back the fun and exciting kids play area that actually felt fun!
