Very friendly employees. I was picking up a doordash order and one of the employees gave me a free drink as a thank you! I also came here before and I love how good the food is and how customizable it is without that much extra cost. Would reccomend to anybody in the area looking for something really good to eat for dinner.

We love Mod but this one is the worst. The flow does not work they get bogged down taking online orders while ignoring and not having the line of in person customer flow or be helped. I ended up walking out after standing in line for 20 mins and I didn’t even move up in line.

My daughter and I dined here tonight (9/14) and honestly had the best Mod employees we’ve ever had help us. They were welcoming and friendly. They offered to help take our pizza boxes from our table and just overall were pretty amazing. Definitely a lovely Mod experience.

Some locations of MOD have really fallen off with quality and service times. Stanwood is an exception. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and service was quick. It was exactly what I hoped for.

I like the pizza mod. but this pizza place takes a very long time to make pizza I spent about two hours to get 1 pizza. They take a very long time to accept orders. So sad.
Please add employees so that people don't spend hours standing in line ...

For when some people come on their lunch breaks we do understand it can take a little longer than normal. But when the worker wants to carry on a good ten to fifteen minute conversation with each customer and move very slowly it makes it harder to want to come here for lunch. Don’t get me wrong she was very nice I just wish her speed was a little faster and the conversations with the customer was less so I could actually eat my lunch upon my return to work.
