Some locations of MOD have really fallen off with quality and service times. Stanwood is an exception. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and service was quick. It was exactly what I hoped for.

I like the pizza mod. but this pizza place takes a very long time to make pizza I spent about two hours to get 1 pizza. They take a very long time to accept orders. So sad.
Please add employees so that people don't spend hours standing in line ...

For when some people come on their lunch breaks we do understand it can take a little longer than normal. But when the worker wants to carry on a good ten to fifteen minute conversation with each customer and move very slowly it makes it harder to want to come here for lunch. Don’t get me wrong she was very nice I just wish her speed was a little faster and the conversations with the customer was less so I could actually eat my lunch upon my return to work.

First off, I want to be sensitive to any disabilities that employees may have. However, when it takes 30 minutes to even order after arriving (second in line), and then a further 15 minutes to assemble the 3 pizzas we ordered before even getting put in the oven, it negatively affects the overall experience to a high degree. I would hope that the management would recognize that and make proper arrangements to support the employee, but instead they left them high and dry.
We’ve come here often since they’ve opened, and the service continues to decline. This will probably be the last time we come in. I can only hope management and the owners can address these issues before the community turns their back on this place.

Bad it's bad the line is so slow and the bathroom is bad cause mold on the flusher on the toilet. And my pizza to almost 1 hour never coming here again
