I went in to get some meatballs and marinara. I was informed that they stopped carrying that. I was very disappointed, but since my wife asked for it, I made it myself. It was so bad she almost threw up. Next time they stop selling something, maybe give a heads-up to the people already on their mailing list. It will be a while before I am no longer upset about this.

Ordered a Papa's Favorite online tonight and asked for extra cheese, olives, onions and mushrooms on half. Definitely did NOT get extra anything. My side looked the same as my BFs. Ticks me off that I gave a more than 20% tip up front.... that definitely won't be happening again.Pizza here is hit or miss anymore. Sometimes when we order there are hardly any toppings. Papa Murphy's used to have good pizza with reliable consistency. This location has definitely gotten worse over the past few years. Super disappointing.

Awesome take and bake pizza at an affordable price. Nothing fancy, but their menu has a lot of variety, and the food is fresh and tastes great. A perfect weekend/ Friday night dinner after a long, busy week!
Some of the best people I know. They know you by face and know what you are ordering (I usually do the same every Friday unless there's something new I want to try)
Great service! They were very busy and did a great job handling all the orders. Went home and baked the pizzas and they were delicious!

I purchased a keto pizza and it came in a 7x9 and had barely anything in the bottom.. there was less than a cup of ingredients which didn't fill me up and some spots only had a very small amount of cheese covering the bottom. Then I was charged a mandatory 15% tip minimum. I won't be purchasing again for $22.88.

Called in order. Waited 30 min for completion. Get there they made wrong pizza. Had to wait 15 more min for them to correct the pizza. Multiple people standing in back. 1 person up front making pizza. Supper bad management.

I ordered online and was quoted a 30 minute wait, no problem. I leave my house after waiting 50 minutes and go in and one of the kids said it would be at least an additional 20 minutes. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Last time I was quoted 15 minutes and ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes for my food. The food is good but waiting over an hour when I have already ordered way ahead of time is frustrating. I feel bad for the kids working because they are clearly understaffed.

O lay reason for low stars is the wait, I applaud the staff for not walking out they were hours behind on everyones pizza but the cashier still greeted everyone and they all were very kind for how short staffed n having no managers in
Been eating here for 10 years, never a problem until the Calzone! Small, expensive and neither of the people on the line had a clue. $13 for half of a small pizza? I would be ashamed to sell this.

This place went completely south it used to be hit and miss now don't bother wasting your money i order extra sauce every time and then switched to double sauce to maybe avoid a miss understanding by seeing x and sauce and still get little to no sauce most of the time so today I emphasized the sauce problem and instead of just getting it right I got no sauce again it will be the last time I go there. Just go to jimmy's down the road approximately 3 miles west spend a few extra bucks and get exactly what you order cooked to perfection with great service

We got a family size Hawaiian and asked for extra cheese. The server insisted it had extra cheese and the cheese was on the bottom. The pizza burned in the oven cooked at the required time and there was very very and I mean very little cheese. This is the second time this has happened to us at Papa Murphy’s. One in Stanwood and once in Smokey Point. There was a time when Papa Murphy’s was good and you asked for extra cheese and you got extra cheese. The chain has gone downhill trying to cut costs. We will not get pizza here again.
