Great beer and food. The Eisbock was my favorite but all the beers were good. The food was also great. We had an appetizer and the sliders. It’s dog friendly and a few dogs were there while we were there.

TERRIBLE owners! Employees and customers extremely abused. Never have seen a business run with such animosity. Have been a loyal customer for years, regardless of multiple lashings over the most petty situations. I have brought many friends who will never return. It's almost as if they don't even want their customers to be there. Can't wait until this place is up for lease and a positive management can take over. We love our small town and this just doesn't fit.My friend is a manager at a fellow Stanwood restaurant and came in for a beer after her shift. She was asked to leave because of wearing her work logo on her shirt. SMALL TOWN businesses should be supporting other small town businesses.

Where’s the beef? I have eaten at SAAL so many times and have always had great service and food. Ate there recently and instead of the 1/2 lb burger I normally get, there was a small 4 oz very little flavor patty (think packaged hamburger patties). I was rather shocked for an $18 burger I got such a small, sad little patty. Bring back the good beef SAAL.My husband Gyro was as good as always and our son liked his grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Really happy with the beer and food selection at SAAL. To be honest I don't love food served breweries because it always seems like an after thought but the staff here whipped up some amazing sandwiches and sides. The food came out hot and dress and staff was super attentive.

Had high hopes for the new owners and their new restaurant. Been eating and drinking here since they opened, brought friends and family and was pretty decent overall, but the last few times I've noticed the owner increasingly angry/troubled, food has been declining in quality, service as well. Noticed the portions getting smaller but the price has increased. Beer selection has changed and not for the better. Miss the old Leather Heads. Most likely will not return with family or friends.
