Just disappointed. Ordered an iced venti lavender oat milk latte with lavender cream on top.First she made it a matcha, then after that, they attempted to correct it, but she then made it with 2% milk, which I can't have.

I got a coffee today and it tasted like soap, so I took off the lid and it looked like oil floating on top of the coffee, it was gross, I wish they'd rinse their machines better.

The baristas at this location must not be properly trained in how to make Starbucks beverages. I ordered a Tall pumpkin spice latte. My total was $5.86. My cup was only 1/2 full of beverage, 3/4 of the way full with added whip cream.... please fill the cup FULL for the PRICE people pay per beverage. THANKS.
