Great atmosphere, really busy but worth the wait.

Red Bluff Tap House was SO amazing during our wedding weekend. We had a welcome party and our goodbye breakfast there. Both events were so fabulous, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Every one commented on how lovely the team was and having such a great crew to ensure that our wedding weekend was stress free and fun was such a relief as a bride.

Lindsay was a star in helping keep me and my fiance organized, making sure our event went off without a hitch. I would recommend Red Bluff Tap House to anyone getting married in the area who wants to have a couple of extra events.

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and we were not disappointed!! Wish it was closer to us. It would be a favorite spot for sure. The food was amazing! One of the best mojitos we’ve had! Great atmosphere and service was wonderful! Highly recommend and will stop here again on a future trip.

The fries were crispy and tasty. The beer was excellent. The brisket was lean and tender. If I were to go back again, I would ask for it, NOT in the sandwich, though. The slaw and sauce competed with rather than complemented the brisket. I recommend you order the brisket with extra BBQ sauce and no bun or slaw or whatever the creamy stuff was.

We LOVED this place. We both said we wish it was closer to where we live because it would be a regular spot for us. Our server was so kind and helpful. We ordered the Cubano sandwich and fish tacos as well as a couple beers. All the flavors were there. So delicious, don’t miss this place when you go to the gorge or even if you’re just driving through.

By far the best food we've had in town! Affordable, delicious, a variety of food for vegetarians and meat lovers. Soooo good. The service is on par as well! Always right there when you need them!

High recommend huevos rancheros. So well made and flavorful!

Avoid this place. Menu is misleading. For example, if you order a mac and cheese, there is no cheese. For an extra $5 you can order a side of cheese sauce. Waitress / manager is not so nice. Really? Go elsewhere.

The customer service needs some work with more friendly servers.

We ordered the poke nachos (10-AMAZING), Steak bites (good but to saucy for my liking), spring rolls (Yummy), Thai Curry soup (so good and spicy), a Bloody Mary (Nope-I am a Bloody Mary Snob and it was not to my liking), Cranberry Vodka and a Shirley temple.

Stopped by for some apps and beer on the way home from Mt Hood. It wasn't busy, but the bartender was also covering table service and was pretty overwhelmed (or maybe had something else going on) and wasn't super interested in formalities or friendliness.

We ordered the poke nachos, some potstickers (available Fridays only), and onion rings. The menu says the onion rings are battered and I even checked the reviews for pictures before ordering because I love battered onion rings but can't stand them when they're panko breaded. These came out and I was immediately disappointed because they were clearly not battered. I'm guessing they changed distributors and just hadn't updated the menu but still, food isn't cheap and it would be nice to get what's promised on the menu.

The poke nachos were pretty good but need a couple tweaks to be even better. Specifically, the ratio of chip to fish is way off (we had tons of remaining wonton chips well after the poke was gone), and the cabbage is too big and bulky to work with the chips. There were huge chunks of cubed purple cabbage that were inedible, and the dish would have worked better if they were shredded instead.

The potstickers were forgettable and we didn't finish them.

The bar itself has a nice location and comfy atmosphere, but it was chilly inside even with a sweatshirt on. I only mention this because I'm ALWAYS hot, but felt uncomfortably cool while dining.

I would visit again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't drive all the way to Stevenson just to eat at Red Bluff.

Got here 10 minutes before closing, but Alex said, "Take as much time as you need to eat."
For $17.00 we had enough food for the 2 of us. I'm not the beer drinker my husband is but the Balebreaker was very good.

We rented the entire restaurant/bar out for my son's wedding welcome party. We had 70 guest enjoy appetizers, dinner and drinks. The evening was a fantastic success!! The food and service were awesome. We had many guests who were in from all over the US rave how fantastic each menu item was. Lyndsey coordinated the evening for us, and she and the team did a fabulous job. Since the event was on a Friday evening, we were able to take advantage of the Thai menu which was a great companion to the full dinner menu. I would recommend this facility for a Hugh blowout like we had or just a simple dinner, you can't go wrong. If we are in the area visiting again, we'll be back. Thanks for a very memorable evening!!

Parking: We were able to find it on the street.

Management needs to speaker to server, Justin, about his bad attitude. Not cool.
