Very slow, understaffed, and will complete mobile orders first, regardless of how long the line is. Completely unfair.
2 days in a row I've gone here to get a sandwich. Yesterday waited 15 minutes. Guy working looked at me a couple times. No acknowledgement whatsoever so I left. Tried again today. Stood there for 5 minutes didn't even see anyone. Will never walk in there again
My best friend and I went in this location and the person behind the counter was not friendly at all, we felt she was put out. Very short with answers. My friend ordered a sandwich that didn't seem to have much meat and cheese on it so my friend asked for more meat and the lady behind the counter then seemed even more put out. If this is the kind of service you have in your store, we will not be returning and we will share our experience with others.
This is the second time we have been in within the last month first time we came in with all five of our kids to order food and go to the park and eat soon as we walked in we were greeted by I’m busy so going to be awhile telling even get to you guys and we said that’s fine we can wait then my son asked the man working heavy set man brown curly hair what he was doing and he said what’s it look like and I said well that was very rude son he’s making a sandwich today we come in and he tells us he’s very busy still an hour before close and that he won’t be able to get to us tell close so we wait he goes and locks door so everyone else wanting food can’t four people have been turned away he finally gets to our order and is sighing and just acting irritated that he has to make our order we will not be coming back tell they have new staff because wow how extremely unprofessional and rude
So rude. Even closed 30 minutes early on a Saturday.
The worker was a rudy tudy. Seemed bothered while taking our order, making audible sounds of annoyance, which I didn’t appreciate. Skip this place and spend your time and money where you’re not a burden. 👎🏽
Went in last night around 8:30pm and was greeted by the absolute rudest more disrespectful worker I’ve ever met in my life. The way he talked down to me like I was a child was ridiculous. Needless to say I did not end up ordering and walked out. I was really hoping this would be our new go to spot since it’s so close to us but never again will I go here and I will make sure to let everyone know to watch out for the guy that very clearly hates his job.
I bought a sandwich and left. It was a totally average sandwich, served by sub-par customer service peeps.

This location has stepped it up recently, I've been back two times after a not so good experiance several months ago. Everything is fresh, delicious and clean.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but.. here we go.. I walked in and stood for 5 minutes and the someone came out and didn’t say anything so I placed my order for 2 of the roll ups to go, chicken and I think pepperoni.. I got my order and asked for 4 chipotle sauces. She rang up my order, I asked, “how’s your day?” She said, “it’s busy” we completed the order and I left. Got home and the roll things were cold and all 4 sauces (I’m thinking at least the sauce cups held maybe 3 tablespoons?) there wasn’t even a tsp. And the rolls were cold and the wrappers weren’t toasted or warm. Needles to say I toasted them at home and made my own dipping sauce. BOO

Just got subway for lunch and pulled the sandwich out of the brown paper bag tell me why my whole sandwich fell in my lap. I worked at subways it’s not hard to properly wrap the sandwich

Had 4 customers ahead of me and 3 behind me. The 3 behind me left and it took the worker 1 whole hour to help 4 customers before the worker got to me. She was also playing on her phone while making sandwiches, I am not impressed. Asked her to stop with adding sauce to my sandwich and she just kept going! I said excuse me I asked you to stop because it was just way too much sauce! She was not very friendly towards me. I found her to be very unprofessional and it was an unpleasant experience all the way around. She was also rude to a customer that was In front of me. I have never seen people walk out of subway before. Would love to speak to a manager about how awful this whole experience was. 02/17/2017

Was waited on Hannah tonight. an extremely frustrating experience. We waited for 40 minutes while she made around 4-6 sandwiches. She proceeded to mess around with the metal tins, take forever while preparing the sandwich’s, one topping at a time. And had to ask us to repeat our order numerous times once we did finally get waited on. I don’t expect anything crazy from a subway but a little more hustle would be nice. She did make a beautiful sandwich, I will say that.
