Had 4 customers ahead of me and 3 behind me. The 3 behind me left and it took the worker 1 whole hour to help 4 customers before the worker got to me. She was also playing on her phone while making sandwiches, I am not impressed. Asked her to stop with adding sauce to my sandwich and she just kept going! I said excuse me I asked you to stop because it was just way too much sauce! She was not very friendly towards me. I found her to be very unprofessional and it was an unpleasant experience all the way around. She was also rude to a customer that was In front of me. I have never seen people walk out of subway before. Would love to speak to a manager about how awful this whole experience was. 02/17/2017

Was waited on Hannah tonight. an extremely frustrating experience. We waited for 40 minutes while she made around 4-6 sandwiches. She proceeded to mess around with the metal tins, take forever while preparing the sandwich’s, one topping at a time. And had to ask us to repeat our order numerous times once we did finally get waited on. I don’t expect anything crazy from a subway but a little more hustle would be nice. She did make a beautiful sandwich, I will say that.

Ordered online and sandwiches were not made correctly It seems to happen every time.Really not worth the price spending 20-40 to get the family dinner and everyone being disappointment. If you want subway go to one in washougal they are made with a lot more care

I’ve Noticed that online orders are made messy compared to when you come in to the store. But big issue is how sick my fiancé and I are from eating here yesterday…to sick to even go to work.

My wife wanted something cold for dinner. The Subway restaurant in Hood River was closed because of the hot weather. I drove across the Hood River toll bridge, paid Washington sales tax, and drove back across the Bridge of the Gods toll bridge to Cascade Locks. The staff and service were awesome. They had our sandwiches ready and waiting when I arrived. Thank-you for being there for your out of state neighbors!

The first words I heard today at 5:01 when I walked in was “hi what can I do for you”, the second I heard when I ordered 4 sandwiches for my family were “bulls***”. Afterwards I had very little interaction with the two people working. I understand within the service industry it is difficult sometimes, but this establishment was empty when I came in and no one was there to greet me, which is not a problem for me really. The fact the two people working at 5:01 PM on 6/12 treated me as well as one of their other guests right behind me so rudely makes me reconsider going to subway when there are family owned businesses down the road. To be honest my sandwiches were assembled reluctantly, and the loud sigh when I had a request for one of the sandwiches to have no onion was a tad un-called for. I have been involved in the food and beverage industry for more than a decade, the fact I received a bit of backlash for a dietary restriction doesn’t affect me… but what happens if someone with an allium allergy came in? Do they get guilt tripped for their order? The first associate to address me was the one whom had a problem in my opinion. The second associate definitely tried their best to come out and reconcile as best as they could without causing a problem. However both kept conversing close to one another. An M.O.D. would be a good idea if one of them wasn’t one. Overall some guest retention/interaction training would probably benefit, as well as customer service training. I will definitely be back… but it would be nice if I didn’t feel like I was a problem for being there. Especially if only one sandwich makes a difference in the way this establishments operations run.

Horrible service. Manager blames corporate.... Overcharged and then excuse after excuse and unfriendly!

I like the food. But I don't understand why they have chose to lessen the meat and the condiments that are put on the sandwich and up the darn price of the so you get less and you pay more.

i've been meaning to give this subway in Stevenson a review and finally had the time to do it The lady who who makes the sandwiches ( I think her name is Tammy) forgive me if I am a wrong, is super friendly, makes a great sandwich, and is welcoming. i love their meatball sandwiches, which are priced much more reasonably than most restaurants in Stevenson. Yay Subway!

The food was typical subway, but the service was excellent ? didn't catch the person's name that made our food but she was engaging and very friendly and made our sandwiches just right.
