The beer is not right here. I don’t mean that I don’t like the styles- they’re standard enough. I mean the beer has massive off flavors that point to Walking Man using old and bad yeast. I did a taster tray, and every single ale had a taste of bandaids. Massive bitterness, but not like hoppy bitterness. Two out of four had a subtle bandaid flavor, while the other two ales tasted like nothing but bandaids. They were un-drinkable. In all my years of drinking craft beers I’ve never stumbled across a taster tray where every single beer is bad. On top of that, the hazy on the tray was crystal clear. The rice lager I tried was OK. Nothing special, but at least it wasn’t infected.If you’re looking for good beer in the area I’d recommend trying Thunder Island in Cascade Locks or Backwoods in Carson. I won’t be back.

One of the first breweries I visited before breweries were "cool". First time was 10 and a half years ago. They didn't disappoint, I was afraid that my memory was stale, but beer was great, food was great, service was amazing. Kid and pet super friendly. Thank you Walking Man!
Walking Man Brewing is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the entire gorge! Admittedly I can't speak to their beer because I don't drink, but they've still got numerous rewards from competing.The food, staff and atmosphere is always inviting and respectful, hastly but attentive. If you've somehow managed to overlook this pub, you're missing out!Walking Man is a must visit if you've never been & I'd highly recommend their Classic Pub Burger, Truffle Fries w/ extra Aioli!If I were on death row with 1 final wish, it'd be a final meal from this place!
Great place to grab a burger and a beer after a long hike! Love to stop here after getting off the trail. Patio is perfect for enjoying amazing food and beer. ?
This place has the cutest outside seating that's tucked away. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, my husband really liked his beer, and the staff were friendly. I'm not giving 5 stars because the food was just okay. My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and I had the chicken wings. Both were dry. I might try this again and see if it was just a bad night because we really enjoyed the space and drinks.

This place is amazing. Staff are super friendly. The garden patio had good dogs, good vibes, and a mister. The food was amazing, lots of vegan options and very very tasty. If I'm ever in this neck of the woods again I will definitely come back!Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese, Beyond Beef patties, and really good salads.Dietary restrictions: See above, and it also seemed (based off the menu) they could sub items to make items dirty free, gluten free, bad vegan.
The pizza I had was very good. I had the cremini mushroom. There's nice outdoor seating.

Whilel I'm not a huge fan of darker beers, I do really like walking man brewery and I'm glad we stopped here ?The staff is really nice and the outdoor seating area has a picturesque garden feel. They are also dog friendly. Try the chicken wings and a side salad. They are bomb!
