The foods are delicious. The service is good. The atmosphere is wonderful. I appreciate the decoration style, very Mexican Characteristics.The main dish consists of a mixture of corn, beans, and chili, the soul ingredients of Mexico. The combination of various crusts + cheese + dipping sauces + different meats is a perfect dish! Such as Burrito, Tacos, Quesadillas, Salads, Burrito bowl.Highly recommended IXTAPA!
This little family owned and operated business has always been so good.Our early dinner was ok, but it just didn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Their margaritas are still the best!It seems like to save money, sour cream & guacamole are extra for most items that used to come with it.I get everything has gone up, and maybe a different approach to battling the overhead would be better?
The Sultan Ixtapa was not what you would expect from Ixtapa. We ordered the Chicken Enchiladas and Chicken Chimichangas. Both of the dishes had burnt chicken and were dry on the inside. We were also served dry rice. The only thing saving the meal was the price and quantity of food - not the quality. We will not come back here again in the future. However, if you are in the area go to Maggy’s Mexican Restaurant in Gold Bar. You will not be disappointed!
