Despite previous experiences from years ago, but also bad reviews, the two servers around 7, two young men went above and beyond in one of my worst emotional days with service and listening to me. Whoever they were deserve to get some form of promotion for managing the store on their own and being able to relate to strangers which is rare for customer service, this coming from someone who's worked customer service.

On two occassions I arrived at the Sumner location about five minutes from their posted closing time, once on a Thursday night and the second on a Friday evening after a high school basketball game. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. Very rude manager who cared nothing about his customers and solely about getting out of there. Unlike any other Jimmy John's...

It's a fast food place like any other, but this was my first time ever getting Jimmy John's. I got the Mediterranean veggie wrap and it really was delicious. They are pricey though. 15%tip was 4.00 for my order to be taken. I will be back but probably will just not tip next time!
