Super cute place. I came to Washington for work and found this place when looking for something to eat. I'm a sucker for old themed/classic diners lol. I came towards the end of the night (around 8:30ish) so it was busy where I did have to wait for a moment but the people working all seemed to work great as a team and got the orders out at a timely manner. Tried the mint cookie shake and Mushroom Swiss burger. Delicious. Will definitely tell my other coworkers back home about...
I love this place for its black licorice milkshake. The burgers are decent too. The fries are good, but the curly fries aren't seasoned like Jack in the box or Arby's. The staff are always super nice. The only down side... for a drive in diner, the food is kind of expensive in my opinion.

And I am so happy they have kept their 1950s Look and Music!
We have been going there since 1975! Their hot fudge ice cream sundae is the Best around! Large scoop of vanilla ice cream, plenty of hot fudge, beaucoup whipped cream, chopped nuts and the iconic red cherry on top!
