I always have a good experience at the drive up, but went inside last time - ugh. Dirty tables, sticky floor. Went to get soda in my cups and no ice. Girl at counter said ran out of ice and took the cups to drive up window and put ice in cups. Is there a reason no on can get ice in the lobby soda machine? Poor management and training. No excuse to be unclean inside.

My only complaints here were the flies in the dining room and the men's bathroom had a pool of water in the middle with flies flying around. If that was taken care of, I would have given a 4 star review. The lady who took care of me though was a sweetheart and very helpful and kind. Thank you.

My best Burger King experience in about 15-16 years. Only a couple of minutes before placing my order. The order was completed very quickly. The dining area was clean and tidy. There were plenty of napkins in the napkin dispenser. The ketchup dispenser was in working order. A great experience. I Will come back soon.
