I ate at Conquistador and honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the burrito supreme and it absolutely lived up to the title. This was not a small burrito. It was huge, loaded with rice, beans, and well-seasoned meat, then covered in melted cheese and topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. This restaurant serves more than 120 unique dishes. The chips are always served hot with fabulous salsa. The owner and chef, Jose, specializes in catering as well. Everything is made from scratch and it is as authentic as you will find. If you ask what their secret is, Jose will show you his wall of spices in the kitchen.
Truck driver go all over the country. This is a very good restaurant. Plenty of food more than I can eat. I'll have to take it to go, ordered fajitas in Mexicano. No tomatoes. Easy on the jalapenos.
