Words are simply inadequate to express how grateful I am to HopTown Catering for all their work in making the celebration of life for Henry Telles on June 24, absolutely perfect. Deb, Lori, and the HopTown staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and did everything to accommodate our luncheon of 125 people in the beautiful HopYard at Hoptown Wood-Fired Pizza. Deb and Lori originally planned for 75-100 guests based on our RSVP’s and estimates, but they immediately went into overdrive to make more pizzas, salad, and appetizers to feed extra family and friends. It was simply amazing and all the HopTown staff were so gracious and kind to everyone. Deb was so patient and communicative with us every step of the way: from the initial reservation and through menu planning, cost estimates, staffing, venue set-up, and day of event logistics. Deb did two walk-throughs in the HopYard with my sister and I to answer our questions and to make sure everything was planned the way we wanted it to be done. She and Lori expressed to us that they wanted to create a successful and beautiful day to honor my dad’s memory and they delivered in every possible way! All our guests raved about the food, service, and gorgeous setting in the HopYard. We couldn’t have asked for a more special day to celebrate our dad with family and friends. We were lucky enough to have our small rehearsal dinner outside in the hop yard and it was the perfect spot to have an easy going meal with our family and friends. Hoptown has some of the best food and drinks in Yakima Valley and exceptional people working there as well
