Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Good food. Restaurant was clean; order came out as expected with no mistakes made. Biscuits were fresh and chicken was crispy. Was able to obtain some sauce pretty easily (not always possible at some Popeyes) and the soda machine worked great (any day where I don't have to use a malfunctioning, half empty Coke Freestyle machine is a good one) Definitely above average for a random Popeyes in the middle of nowhere.

Ive had good and bad experiences here. One negative was a lack of attention when going in to pick up food. We have had to wait for online orders even after driving 20 mins once ordered to collect it.
Most recently the staff were courteous, prompt with their attention to in store customers and the food was great. They have the best fried chicken I’ve had. (But i guess i haven’t tried may bar kfc and some other little stores). Would recommend.

Stopped here on the way back from Tri cities. I have never been happier with the service and food I received on 4/3. Awesome people work here.

4 pc chicken should have one breast, one wing, one thigh, & one drumstick; it says so even on the receipt. I got 2 thighs and no chicken breast. :( They said that if I want a chicken breast I’d have to pay for it.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO POPEYES, WHO MAKES A FISH SANDWICH THAT HAS NO TATAR SAUCE ON IT, THE RICE AND BEANS WAS ONLY FILLED A QUARTER OF THE WAY UP, THE WINGS LOOKED AND TASTED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING ALL DAY IN THE WARMER. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOUR LOCATION IN SUNNYSIDE, WA. HAS SERVED BAD FOOD, YOU SHOULD TAKE PRIDE IN YOU RESTAURANT AND DO BETTER. THANKS

Just didn't feel to welcomed there.. half the food wasn't that well seasoned but the Chicken sandwich was delicious along with the muffin..

Worst chicken I've ever had. Staff stared at my wife and I in a hostile manner, (we are a mixed race couple) and took a solid half hour to get our order out. Then the chicken was tough, and absolutely the worst chicken I have ever had at Popeyes. My chicken strips were so tough I could barely eat half of one of the five piece order. Not even my dog wanted the rest of them. The 12-piece chicken we got had hot and decent chicken on top but below that chicken was old and tough chicken that was not able to be eaten. We spent $67 at Popeyes for food that wasn't worth 7 bucks. We will probably not come back to any Popeyes again since we have had bad food at the last three.
